Summary:
OLIPHANT is a small female owned and operated fashion brand based in Litchfield, CT that caters to fashion conscious consumers around the world.
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate.
The ideal candidate has high energy and a can-do attitude with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must also be comfortable working in a small business environment.
This candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our e-commerce clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person -Processing orders and returns, organizing and tracking inventory -Work closely with our shipping team to ensure timely deliveries and accounting of returns - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Utilize phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers professionally - Conduct outbound calls for various purposes including follow-ups -Capable of thinking creatively and solving problems independently - Analyze customer needs to offer the best solutions - Communicate effectively in English
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred -Previous experience with Shopify Plus is preferred - Proficiency in data entry and computer skills - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns Full Time Weekly Commitment:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
